At Babyandjoy.com, all sales made through our website are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for any purchases. Please ensure that you carefully review your order before making a purchase, as we cannot process cancellations or modifications once the order is confirmed.
To address any concerns post-delivery, a complete 360-degree parcel opening video is mandatory. The issue must be clearly visible in the unedited, unaltered video, as tampered or edited videos will not be accepted. You must notify us of any problems via WhatsApp, or Email within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Replacement Policy:
We only offer replacements if the product is received in a damaged condition during transit. Any replacement request must include an unused product and a flawless box-opening video that meets our guidelines.
Shipping charges for returning the parcel to Babyandjoy.com are the responsibility of the buyer. However, we will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item. Please note, extra charges may apply for larger parcels or additional purchases made during the replacement process.
